RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start the process, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted.

You did not like the product?
Adding value to you is of utmost importance to us! If it does not serve your purpose, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get the item picked up. We will refund the money with only the shipping cost deducted from the amount.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right at absolutely no cost to you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
