These body scrubs have been handcrafted with rice flour, olive oil, essential oils & some oh-so amazing additives. It is an extremely potent scrub and can be used to treat most common skin concerns. The not-so-fine texture of the rice flour makes it an age old favourite exfoliant. The scrub has soap & oils too, making it a natural cleanser & moisturiser.

How to create your own calm -
1. Take a generous amount of scrub in a bowl
2. Wet your body, take the scrub little by little & wet it lightly in your hands
3. Apply to the skin and scrub gently in circular motion. The soap will cleanse, the oil will nourish & the rice flour will thoroughly exfoliate your skin.
4. Rinse off with lukewarm water to reveal soft, supple & clearer skin.
