How to create your own calm -
For a nourishing body massage
1. Take about 40ml oil in a heat safe bowl
2. Once it is soothingly hot, gently massage your body with the blend of carrier & essential oils and experience the relaxation.

For an after-bath body oil
1. After bath, take a small amount of oil in your hand and rub it between your palms.
2. Gently apply all over, on damp skin, to seal in the moisture.
3. Let your skin air-dry
