How to create your own calm -
Use this product before bed or during a manicure/pedicure
1. Take one pellet and lightly press to form cream
2. Dot it on your hands and/or feet and nails.
3. Massage the butter gently, focussing on the cuticles, palms of the hand and soles of the feet.
4. Sleep in and let the skin absorb the goodness. (If leaving it on during the day, make sure to wear your socks on!)
