How to create your own calm -
1. Drop a salt bomb in a small tub.
2. Add hot water with force and watch it froth. The bomb releases lots of butter & oils and the aroma of essential oils
3. Soak your hands/feet, as the essential oils relax you, the butter deeply nourishes your skin and the soap gently cleanses your skin
4, In case of dead skin or cracking soles, scrape off the loosened skin with a gentle foot scraper or pumice stone.
